Your satisfaction is guaranteed with ThermalFeet™! We are so confident that ThermalFeet™ will keep your feet warm when used according to the manufacturer’s directions that we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with our product. If you buy a pair of ThermalFeet™ and use them with up to two large air activated heat packs per foot (body warmer style, 2 per foot = 4 total), and are not satisfied with their performance, we will refund your purchase price.
ThermalFeet™ are not guaranteed to protect your heat packs from moisture. Some atmospheric conditions can cause heat packs to work at less than optimum temperatures. Please follow the operating instructions of the heat pack manufacturer. Guarantee does not extend to the heat pack, or heat source used. Guarantee is good for 1 year from date of purchase.

Product Warranty
ThermalFeet™ are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. If found defective, simply return defective product along with copy of original sales receipt to address below, and we will either repair or replace ThermalFeet™. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or abuse. Warranty does not cover heat packs.
